Middleby Buys Imperial Commercial Cooking Equipment

Middleby Corp., the Elgin, Ill.-based foodservice equipment, residential appliance and food processing machinery conglomerate, announced late Friday, Sept. 24 that it acquired Imperial Commercial Cooking Equipment. The Corona, Calif., company is a well-known brand that manufactures ovens, ranges, fryers, countertop and other specialty cooking equipment.
