Middleby Adds Char-Griller To Its Residential Brands As It Closes Earlier Deal For Masterbuilt/Kamado Joe

Middleby Corp., Elgin, Ill., announced Dec. 27 that it acquired Char-Griller, an Atlanta-based maker of residential outdoor charcoal and gas cooking equipment. The company had sales of approximately $150 million in 2021.
