Middleby Corp., the Elgin, Ill.-based multi-brand foodservice, residential and food processing equipment conglomerate, announced Dec. 21 that it has acquired United Foodservice Equipment Group, a manufacturer of countertop foodservice equipment based in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China.
