MAFSI Barometer Averages Only 2% In 2018; Reps Forecast 3.4% For 2019

Our friends at MAFSI sent us mostly complete numbers for their 4Q/18 Business Barometer, as well as the 2019 MAFSI Foodservice Industry Market Forecast. Overall 4Q/18 sales rose 2.2%, versus sales 4Q/17. The four-quarter moving average for the four quarters of 2018 was only 2%. The reps had forecast 3.7% for 2018 a year ago….
