Big news across the foodservice trade press last week was Cincinnati-based Kroger’s announcement Dec. 2 that it has partnered with ClusterTruck, an Indianapolis-based operator of a software platform “that power profitable, vertically integrated delivery-only kitchens,” as the release from Kroger puts it.
