The folks at Jackson Warewashing Systems had a really clever idea: Why does a door-style warewasher have to have the typical slide-up, in-and-out doors? If it’s front-loading, like an undercounter or glasswasher, the operator won’t need to surround it with dish tables. And this will save a lot of space. So that’s what they did….
