Helsinki, Finland-based global ventilation company Halton Group has agreed to purchase Dutch ventilation company MIWO Luchtbehandelingtechniek B.V., based in Alphen aan der Rijn, The Netherlands. MIWO offers turnkey ventilation solutions for a variety of customers, especially chains. Halton said the acquisition gives it access to the company’s chain customers in the Dutch market and beyond….
