The U.S. Census Bureau’s tracking of retail sales for February showed eating and drinking place sales were flat. Seasonally adjusted sales were $60.3 billion, the same as January. Sales for the 12 months ending in February were 3.6% higher. Grocery- store sales were 2.1% higher than a year ago, while overall retail sales grew 2.2%….
