Rational USA, the Schaumburg, Ill.-based US division of the global manufacturer of cooking equipment, announced the following promotions and additions Dec. 20, to support its new iHexagon product line:

David Johnivin has been promoted to corporate chef, iHexagon. Prior to this, Johnivin was Rational USA’s regional sales manager for Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the Dakotas. Before joining Rational, Johnivin was a chef and executive chef at several private country clubs in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Johnivin will now report to Paul Milione, director of product management.

Zac Lennox has joined Rational as corporate chef, iHexagon. A Culinary Institute of America trained chef, Lennox has spent more than 20 years in senior and executive culinary operations roles at hotels and restaurant groups across the country from Southern California to New York City. He most recently served as corporate chef at Palacios Murphy, the Houston-based multi-concept restaurant and hotel group. He also will report to Milione.

The Boelter Cos., whose headquarters is in Waukesha, Wis., announced it has named Carrie Eyler as its director of private clubs.

Eyler has spent the past 11 years in various roles at Interlachen Country Club in Edina, Minn., including the past seven years as assistant general manager. She will be based at Boelter’s Minneapolis office.

According to the announcement, “Carrie’s expertise and passion for excellence align perfectly with Boelter’s commitment to elevating the private club experience.
