CSG’s Restaurant Spending Report Rose In May

After a big, and quite typical drop in April, the Restaurant Spending Index that’s part of Chain Store Guide’s Consumer Spending Report rose moderately in May to 114.6, up from April’s 111.7, but still below the record 117.5 the RSI achieved in March.
