Cornerstone Foodservice Group Acquires Equipex

Cornerstone Foodservice Group, the Naperville, Ill.-based parent company of Spring USA and other foodservice equipment and supplies brands, announced May 20 it acquired Equipex, the Providence, R.I.-based supplier of light cooking, holding, induction, ventless hood and display equipment.
