Middleby Corp. announced Feb. 7 that it has acquired GBT GmbH Bakery Technology, a Lünen, Germany-based industrial bakery equipment manufacturer. According to the press release announcing the deal, “The company has expertise in engineering and manufacturing high-grade industrial baking and bread lines. Annual revenues are approximately €10 million.” Terms of the deal were not announced….
