Many observers are calling the December jobs report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics a “Goldilocks” report: not too hot, not too cold, just right. Overall jobs growth moderated to 223,000 in December, down from a revised 256,000 in November and 263,000 in October. Wage gains also declined, falling to 6.4% on a 12-month basis….
